  • Using Baking Soda

The first job would be to mix the detergent along with warm water and then use it along with a sponge to rub it onto the stained surface. Moreover, you need to keep repeating the process once the stain is cleaned up and use a dry cloth to mop the extra water up.

  • Phenol Solution

Sometimes, your pets can have accidents, and there can be urine or faeces scattered all over your beautiful hardwood floor. Times like these are when you need to use a 5 per cent phenol solution for the same. You can get this solution at your nearest hardware store. 

The solution will not only remove any traces of odour but also kill any bacteria that might be present from the pet’s faeces.
